Desenzano is located in a privileged geographic position with comfortable and fast ways of communication that connect it to several centers: the railway line on the Paris - Bern - Milan - Venice - Zagabria line, the service of bus extended also to the Veneto and the Trentino, the regular lines of navigation on the entire lake, the highways (eg.the Highway Turin - Milan - Venice
" La Serenissima").Desenzano is also close to the airport " Catullo " of Villafranca (Verona) and to the brand new one of Montichiari (Brescia). All this makes Desenzano a node of such importance that it can be considered the " Capital of Lake Garda ".

Desenzano railway station spreads to the south-west extremity of Lake Garda. Its position is truly enviable: from it you can admire the most beautiful European lake in its maximum extension.

Drive southwards with the "Brennero" Highway until the highway connection with A4 "Milan - Venice". Enter the new highway (A4), following the indication for Milan. Drive onto the exit of Desenzano.

Western Gardesana Road:

Highway A22 "Brennero" (exit Rovereto South), drive on following these street indications: Torbole- Riva of Garda-Limone on the Garda - Gargnano - Salò - Desenzano (from Riva to Salò, the panoramic state road does not concur easy driving with caravan, camper and in general to the cars with posterior towing, for the elevated presence of galleries.
